WCFM Secured Services, LLC (WCFM) is an SBA Joint Venture (JV) (pending SBA Approval) comprised of Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC (WFS) and CFM Project Consulting Group, Inc., (CFM), with WFS being the current 8(a) participant. The JV offers government and private-sector clients turnkey construction services solutions for federal agencies, the US military, commercial, industrial, retail, and institutional clients. WCFM has performed design/build construction projects, medium voltage power distribution projects, mechanical, fire suppression, finishes (paint, flooring, and ceilings), tenant improvements, deferred maintenance, repairs, demolition, and repair and replacements of asphalt, and pervious, and non-pervious concrete, for a host of clients in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, South Carolina, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Idaho, West Virginia, and the State of Georgia. WCFM and its leadership have a broad depth of experience with Federal Government Task Order-Type, Task Order, ID/IQ, MACC, MATOC, and SATOC construction contracts. The company is fully experienced in managing multiple design/build construction and renovation task orders while meeting the schedule and cost requirements of our customers.
The company provides scheduling and project supervision, quality control, project safety implementation, as well as craftsmen skilled in demolition, MEP, framing and trim carpentry, drywall, painting, and wall coverings, flooring, and acoustic ceilings. WCFM has in-house divisions to self-perform and ready access to additional skilled mechanics. Over the past I5 years, WCFM has compiled a well-established and proven stream of subcontractors throughout the Eastern US.
WCFM has extensive experience executing complex projects at historic buildings in congested and urban areas with limited lay-down areas. For instance, the firm is currently completing projects for the Smithsonian Institution on the National Mall and the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover Building. WCFM has experience with sustainable features, including LEED, and has realized significant energy and cost savings for clients.
WCFM uses the latest project management tools to manage our projects. Our project managers and field supervisors have extensive training with the latest project scheduling tools and certifications that include the Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors, OSHA-30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Program, EM385 Certifications, and American Red Cross Adult CPR & AED and First AID Training.
